Zhihan is a Partner at TalentKraft with 15 years of experience formulating and directing national programs.

His background includes roles at the Prime Minister’s Office, SPRING (now Enterprise Singapore), and most recently, SGTech, Singapore's largest tech trade association, where he served as a strategic leader advancing the tech sector for more than eight years.

In his most recent role, Zhihan spearheaded the development of SGTech’s strategic programmes and partnerships in talent development, internationalisation, sustainability, and digital transformation. He excels at building coalitions with senior government and industry stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.

In the workforce development domain, Zhihan has led the co-creation and execution of national programs with EnterpriseSG, IMDA, SSG, and WSG. These include, internships, career conversion, mentoring, and skills development programmes that help create job opportunities and strengthen the employability of Singaporean workers.
